Well.actually a LOT has happened since i last updated but my blog.But since the internet connection here is super slow my eagerness to write just dissapears cuz i'll eventually get pissed over the internet connection when uploading pics.Anyhow last week i went to my neighbour's open house which was on the last day Syawal.His house is the house beside the one beside me.get it?haha.Wht i cn say is the array of food was awesome!i had quite a hard time in restraining myself from eating too much.hehe.Let me list down the foods that were served:
- lemang (of course)
- ketupat(of course again)
- murtabak
- char kuey teow
- roti jala
- nasi beriani
- meehoon sup
- meehoon goreng
- laksa
- rojak buah
- abc
- roasted chicken
(there arent any pictures of them cuz i was too busy pushing myslf btwn wht looked like hundreds of ppl)
heaven right?we spent like an hour an a half just sitting there and eat.Apparently the family who sat at the table with us started to laugh when we brought like the tenth plate of food on the table.The uncle said that at least wait for the workers to clear our previous plates,so that it wouldnt be that obvious.haha.Here is a picture of the canopy.At first i thought my neighbour was having a wedding but it turned out to be an open house.Gorgeous canopy indeed!
